Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please keep in mind that potential postal service issues or supply shortages could cause arrival delays. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If your order exceeds one item, you may not receive all products in one shipment. Some of our products are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra cushion and durability. The products we’ll always ship separately are: hats, jewelry, and stickers. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
